As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, our values will be to serve any individual(s) seeking physical, mental and emotional well-being through intelligent mindful movement, breathing exercises and meditation/mindfulness techniques.
Our values include science based, secular research to support our work. We strive to educate and offer life skills and self regulating tools to help support physical and mental health.
Empowering individuals with confidence and a new sense of self in an effort to find purpose and meaning in their lives, thereby feeling a sense of worthiness and purpose in the world.
